In recent weeks, First Crown Beheer officially started supervising the renovation of Bond Den Bosch. The former Volksbank building has been acquired by real estate investor Alexander Oet and has been part of the Bond Concepts portfolio since 2021. Bond Den Bosch is being thoroughly renovated and will include a modernized restaurant, arrival hall and terrace, of course completely in the style of Bond Concepts.
