BOND CONCEPTS EXTENDS OFFICE FORMULA TO EINDHOVEN

EXPANSION OF BOND CONCEPTS
Bond Concepts, which started in Breda, is extending its office forumula to Eindhoven. For this purpose, an office building has been purchased, which is currently known as Epic Business Centre.
The building, located at Luchthavenweg 81 near Eindhoven Airport, is approximately 19,000 square meters in size. This is a nice surface to put our concept in. The buildings are characterized by a shared reception, a restaurant and coffee bar, meeting rooms, but also, for example, fitness facilities and a room with billiards, table football, airhockey.
Bond Concepts is a Belgian investment company, led by entrepeneur Alexander Oet, who is also active in Breda, with more than one million square meters of office space in Belgium and Switzerland. The company is active in the Netherlands for four years.
Bond Concepts will further expand the concept in the near future.
Bond has several locations in Breda. One of them is Bond Towers on Claudius Prinsenlaan. A major renovation is planned for this purpose.
