NEW ENTRANCE BOND EINDHOVEN
In recent weeks, First Crown Beheer officially started supervising the renovation of Bond Den Bosch. The former Volksbank building has been acquired by real estate investor Alexander Oet and has been part of the Bond Concepts portfolio since 2021. Bond Den Bosch is being thoroughly renovated and will include a modernized restaurant, arrival hall and terrace, of course completely in the style of Bond Concepts. Under ''developments'' on the Bond Den Bosch page we will inform you of new developments regarding the renovation.
To give the building a real Bond Concepts look, Snellen BV from Rijsbergen has replaced the simple grey paving with more luxurious sand-coloured tiles that were also used at the Bond Park location in Breda. By using the same color styles at different Bond Concepts locations, unity is created and Bond Concepts locations are recognized more quickly. In addition to renewing the pavement, it was also decided to add more greenery to the entrance. As a result, the property will have a more accesible appearance and offers our tenants and visitors an even warmer welcome. The disabled parking spaces have also been moved so that the terrace can be expanded. Another beautiful new development at the Bond Eindhoven location, which makes the building even better.
