Last week, our property manager First Crown Beheer began the demolition of the former server room in the Bond Towers parking garage. At this location, we will soon create 18 new parking spaces, further optimizing parking capacity and convenience for our tenants. This is a great step toward making more efficient use of existing spaces within our property portfolio. The work is being carried out in collaboration with our partner Gebroeders Snellen B.V.
