Since last week, DEME Offshore NL had officially established at Bond Bergschot in Breda. The internationally operating company is leasing approximately 1,000 m2 of office space. DEME caries out complex offshore and maritime projects around the world, ranging from energy developments to environmental engineering challenges. With nearly 150 years of experience and cutting-edge technology, they offer innovative solutions that ensure safety and sustainability. The delivery of the office space was successfully overseen by First Crown Beheer. Later this year, First Crown Beheer will begin the construction of a new atrium, which will serve as a vibrant centrepiece of the building, featuring lunch facilities, a reception area, and meeting rooms.
