Construction of the new atrium at Bond Bergschot has officially commenced. The atrium will become the building's new entrance and central hub, naturally linking the two office towers and creating a vibrant space for tenants and visitors alike.

The new central space will feature a welcoming reception area, an inviting lunch café and modern meeting facilities. This investment further strengthens our Work, Meet & Connect philosophy by creating an environment where tenants and visitors can meet, collaborate and connect with ease.

Construction is taking place while the building remains fully operational. To minimise disruption for our tenants, the works have been carefully phased and are being closely coordinated with all parties involved. First Crown Beheer has been appointed to oversee the construction and project management, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
